1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Brokaro website (brokaro.io). Contact: info@brokaro.ch. By using the site you accept them.
2. What we offer
Brokaro is an editorial comparison and information service covering brokers and trading platforms. We provide information and score providers using a published scoring model.
We expressly provide no investment advice, investment brokerage, portfolio management or any other regulated financial service. No advisory relationship arises between you and us.
3. Not a recommendation
All content — ratings, rankings, calculators, guides — is for information only. It is not a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any financial instrument, and takes no account of your financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance.
4. Accuracy
We compile our data carefully and state the data date and sources for every broker. Fees and terms nonetheless change constantly, and errors can occur when information is transferred from a provider's documents. All information is therefore provided without guarantee as to its correctness, completeness or timeliness. Only the broker's own statements are authoritative. Verify any figure that matters to your decision with the provider before opening an account.
If you notice an error, please tell us at info@brokaro.ch; we correct it as quickly as possible.
5. Partner links
Where a partner agreement with a provider exists, the links concerned are labelled as partner links. If a click on such a link leads to an account opening we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. Whether any partner agreements currently exist is stated in the advertising disclosure.
6. Trademarks and logos
The broker names and logos shown are trademarks or other distinctive signs of their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the provider being discussed. Their use does not mean that the owner supports or commissioned Brokaro or has influenced our ratings. Whether a partner programme exists with a provider is stated in the advertising disclosure. Owners who do not want their logo shown can reach us at info@brokaro.ch; we will then promptly replace the logo with a neutral monogram.
7. User reviews
For submitted reviews:
- You confirm that you have actually used the broker and are reporting truthfully.
- You grant us the non-exclusive, unlimited right to publish your contribution.
- We reserve the right not to publish, or to remove, contributions that are unlawful, abusive or promotional.
- Negative but factual accounts of experience are not removed.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material obligation and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
We accept no liability for investment decisions you make on the basis of information provided here.
We have no influence over the content of external websites we link to, including providers' websites. Their operators alone are responsible for it.
9. Availability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the site.
10. Governing law
The law at the operator's seat applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published at the time of your use applies.
